I got a tiny face, my chin was a bit weak so i ve done a chin implant ( large ) but the surgeon has cut the wings to make it smaller! Problem is my face looks longer, i hate my face now i do like the volume but it looks like the implant placed a bit lower that why my face looks longer Now I’m asking if i swap the large to a medium implant , does my face will look longer? I don’t know which shape and size to choose to get the volume without the getting a long chin
