Hi, The disease is not advanced but there are pockets and gum recession. If it progresses sometime at later stage, is chin implant suitable for that candidate? If someone loses the front lower teeth, will it affect chin implant in any way? Because the bone loss is possible after tooth loss. Thanks

Yes, you can have the chin implant removed. Before considering additional surgery, wait until you have healed from the removal in the event you do not need, or want anything else done.
