Supercharged BBL (fat transfer and implant). One side is way bigger than the other 4 weeks lost op. Will this change? (Photo)

First i must say, i am not a believer in this “supercharged” BBL phenomenon, other than a marketing gimmick. Do you know of any plastic surgeons performing “supercharged” breast augmentation??? I do not. Either the surgeon is performing buttock implants correctly by selecting the appropriate size/shape implant and truly placing the implants into an intramuscular pocket or not. If the patient still wants a larger buttock or more projection after the first implants then, just like breast implants, you go back and replace them with larger ones after 6+ months. Putting fat in at the same time as implants significantly adds to the swelling which strangulates the fat leading to a high rate of necrosis (death of the fat)....hence defeating the purpose and increasing risks of seroma, infection, fatty/oil cysts, and implant contamination necessitating removal. 

Its difficult to tell from the photos.  Your asymmetry at this point of your recovery can be have multiple causes.  Firstly, youll want to have your plastic surgeon to examine the area and make sure there isn't a seroma or anything else causing swelling on one side. Be sure to choose a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon that specializes in this procedure and is well known for it.
