there is a mixture of things here1) your upper lip needs volume - fillers2) your lower lip can be reduced or balanced with fillers3) your mouth needs brances/vineers to help with overall shaping of your mouth/teeth4) your jaw may need better position to help your open mouth concerns (this would be a big surgery though to break your jaw and middle facial bones).I suggest daily limp plumpers and hydrators (see link to emeragecosmetics.com for our lip essentials kit).  Best, Dr. Emer.

JakeI appreciate your concern and while physical exam is optimal, your photos demonstrate that you would most likely benefit from lower lip reduction surgery. The procedure is done in the office, under local anesthesia, and it takes about one hour. Recovery is usually one week, as postop, the lips are quite swollen. Check out the link below to an article I wrote about the procedure.
