I had a breast lift 5 weeks ago and am so happy with my results however sometimes I worry in a year or two I'll feel saggy again.. can surgeons choose how high a nipple is placed or does it actually have to be in the centre of the breast to reallign with things ? I kind of wish my nipples we're just a little higher but not sure if i just have such a fear of my old boobs coming back! Haha Otherwise I'm very very happy
Answer: Nipples Your nipples should be placed in the center of your breast mound, as they are now. Otherwise, if placed higher, they will pop out of bras and swimsuits.

Answer: Post Op Nipple Placement, Healing, and Recovery Hi laylammii, I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast lift surgery. However, you are still in the early stages of the healing process at 3 weeks post op. Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively. At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the operated area are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides, you will be able to see the final result of your breast lift surgery. But if you are still concerned, you can always visit your plastic surgeon and discuss your concerns. This way, you will be reassured. Also, if after six months, you are not satisfied with the appearance of your breast, you can visit your plastic surgeon and discuss the possibility of revision surgery. Lastly, follow your plastic surgeons post-operative instructions and advice for faster healing and recovery. Answer: Breast Lift - Nipple placement Do rush into judge so early- things do settle! Wait for about 6 months then reassess. Discuss with your surgeon as to how he or she determines nipple location during planning- we all do it slightly differently. Best Wishes!!

Answer: Nipple placement Your nipple placement appears to be perfect. The placement of the nipples is standard and does not determine what happens with the breast mound underneath of it. If your nipples are placed too high, they will peak out over clothing. I think in the long run you will be very happy.
