Hi I’m 7 weeks post lift no implants and have hard lumps one behind my left nipple and one long one under right breast. No pain but causing the left nipple to point out. Is it just delayed swelling or something else I don’t see surgeon for another 2 weeks
Answer: Hard lumps after lift, what could they be? Hardness following breast lift can be normal and may be developing scar tissue, which will soften over time. A physical exam can usually rule out significant fluid collection or fat necrosis.

Answer: Lumps after mastopexy Without evaluation, it is difficult to be sure the cause of these lumps. At this stage in your recovery, however, it is possible the lumpy areas are simply residual swelling. It is best for you to contact your surgeons office to discuss your concerns with them further as they may request to see you sooner.
