One of my nostrils sits lower and is a slightly different shape than the other, could this be corrected? (Photo)

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your
photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can
accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your
lower nose.   Make sure you specifically look at before and after
pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon
and not just a computer animation system. The most important
aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek
consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate
you in person.

The simple answer is probably, but I can only answer in generalizations as a careful face to face examination is necessary to even starting to discuss expectations.  First, most noses have some asymmetries.  Next, the nasal skeleton is what determines the visible shape of one's nose and that skeleton has some very complex relationships.  This is important in that changing the shape of a cartilage in the nose will change the exterior appearance differently in different noses and sometimes differently from one side to the other.  The point to be made is that, especially with asymmetric noses, you need a very experienced rhinoplasty surgeon.
