Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos your nose seems like still swollen. It would be better to talk about it with your surgeon. If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. Best Regards!
Hi @KKaestheticjourney20. I recommend an in-person consultation with an expert rhinoplasty specialist. Best of luck, Dr Nima!
In general, it appears that your dorsal nasal lines are straight and your nasal tip does not seem to have lost projection or have any drooping associated with this. In light of this, would say that the nasal support is likely intact. However, it is difficult to tell what you mean about "losing definition" without before and after pictures or knowing more about your expectations in terms of tip position and definition. Side profile pictures would help as well. The best way to tell about nasal support is with physical examination which of course can only be done in person and should be performed by a board certified plastic surgeon or facial plastic surgeon.
Hello when you did your surgery because you have still too much swollen on your nose especially on tip
Sometimes it’s helpful to consult with a local specialist after international surgery so you can have peace of mind. Hope this helps.
It appears that your rhinoplasty was relatively recent; usually it takes 12 months for result to settle and mature. You should continue to tape your nose including tip, to control swelling and ultimately scar formation. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, expert inrhinoplasty, will help. Good luck.

Hello! Sorry that you're having trouble with your rhinoplasty outcome. It depends on how long ago your surgery was. Swelling is quite common for many months after rhinoplasty. This could be giving you the impression of a lack of definition. If the swelling hasn't resolved, nightly taping, compressions, and steroid injections would be worthwhile. You may need to find a facial plastic surgeon nearby who would feel comfortable seeing you to assist with your healing and evaluate for instability. If instability is present due to excess cartilage removal, then a revision procedure may be warranted. Hope this helps you!
Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos you have a hanging columella and very straight dorsum. For gain more proper, elegant and curved nose I recommend you open rhinoplasty. If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the front of your face and 1 meter...
Hi @lglarracas. A rhinoplasty in my opinion is one of the most difficult procedures to perform. I utilize piezosurgery in my practice. Piezosurgery is a more gentle technique that allows for greater precision. Less bruising and swelling is common with Piezosurgery. In a typical rhinoplasty, a...
Thank you for your question and photo. Either open or closed rhinoplasty can change the shape of your nose and address the concerns you’re referring to. The bulbous tip can be redefined and grafts may be inserted to provide adequate structural support for the skin. Keep in mind that r...
