Hi, It is difficult to tell from the photographs, but it appears you may have either a retained suture or an inclusion cyst that is persistent along the scarily. If you have associated eyelid swelling or asymmetry, I would return to your surgeon to discuss the possibilities and treatments....

Canthopexy will NOT achieve what you want. If you want more almond shape eyes, few extra steps are required (see following video and link). Additional infraorbital rim implant can be placed during the procedure but it is not mandatory. 

Thank you for the photo! At 3 1/2 weeks, you are still in the early stages of healing. By 3 months things should be looking pretty normal but in some cases can take a bit longer. No need for concern at this stage.
