Your lips look fairly swollen.  This could be due to the fact that you had two injections of fillers in the past month.  However, if you are in pain and if you are concerned, I would call your doctor and make an appointment to be seen.

You are still very swollen. It can take 2 weeks for the swelling to improve. If you still don't like your lips after 2 weeks then the Juvederm can be dissolved using Hyaluronidase. Best wishes.

Swelling after dermal fillers is very common. To an area like the lips, some swelling is expected. Waiting at least 2 weeks before assessing whether you need more dermal filler is a good idea. Once swelling subsides more dermal filler could be added if additional volume is desired.
