Can I have another c section after two previous c sections and a tummy tuck?

I've had 2 c sections my eldest is 6 and youngest 4 I then lost 5 stone 2 years ago and I'm left with large amounts of hang over to the point I have two different stomachs in one, I want to have a tummy tuck but have already had to c sections, however I have a new partner who doesn't have children and wants the option in two/three years time to have 1 how eva I would need another c section as I don't dilate but could it be possible to have 2 c sections a tummy tuck and another optional c section
