My right eye has eyelid retraction ( hereditary) and I'm hoping to get surgery for both eyes. Will canthoplasty help with retraction or will I need a spacer graft? I would like to avoid a graft mainly because of the cost increase but I don't want to waste money on only canthoplasty and it not work. I'd also like more almond shape eyes as-well. ( I have had no eye surgery prior)
