Broke my nose playing football. Is it safe to train again 2 weeks after surgery? My nose feels too heavy

Recently broke my nose about three weeks ago 2 weeks yesterday I had surgery and had the nose reset and straightened the football club has supplied a mask which I had fitted today but would it be silly or wrong to play this forthcoming Saturday, I trained with the mask today for the first time and my nose feels too heavy is this right.
