Desperate to use some savlon on the needle marks, but the nurse told me to use arnica cream- which says on the tube 'do not use on broken skin' which I just think is strange because my skin must qualify as being broken as it has been punctured here the little injection sites are? I have used savlon all my life on small cuts and broken skin and have never ever had an infection- so why can't I use it for dermal filler aftercare?

It makes no difference what time of year filler is injected. In Florida, it is summer most of the year.We do ask patients to avoid sun for a few days after the injection.
