Pain after mole removed 6 months ago. Is this normal? (Photo)

Had a suspicious mole removed, biopsy said more margins needed to be removed. Second time came back clear. Now I am having pain in that area and had possibly a stitch come thru. Is this normal?

Shaving a flesh colored mole is usually the best way to treat them since it doesn't scar and looks so good afterwards.  There is a 50% chance it may grow back in a few yrs , so you just shave it flat again at that time. cost is roughly $350-500.
