I have 1000 freckles and flat moles all over my body and face I went to the dermatologist and had them checked they are benign I wanted to know if I could get rid of them with laser/shave/surgery would that leave a scar? is it worth it

A mole takes its origin from tissue deep to the skin surface, so you cannot reliably scratch it all off. This is definitely not a good idea. If there have been any changes ip itching and bleeding see your doctor.
I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Moles can be removed with laser, radiowave or shave. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
