How much would mole removal on my chin cost? Would it be worth removing it given the risk of scarring? (Photo)

I have a flesh-colored mole on my chin. It isn’t extremely noticeable with a resting face but becomes more prominent with certain facial movements. I just don’t know if the scar from removing it would look worse than just leaving it alone. Let me know what you think and thanks for your time.

Shaving a flesh colored mole is usually the best way to treat them since it doesn't scar and looks so good afterwards.  There is a 50% chance it may grow back in a few yrs , so you just shave it flat again at that time. cost is roughly $350-500.

Even a shave removal may leave a slightly indented scar on the outwardly curved part of your chin.  Since the mole shows more when you are tensing the chin muscle (mentalis), I would consider injecting a very small amount (3-5 units) of a neuromodulator like Botox into the mentalis muscle to keep the chin more smooth.  Cost of that would be less than $200, and there's no risk of scarring.
