I have a flesh-colored mole on my chin. It isn’t extremely noticeable with a resting face but becomes more prominent with certain facial movements. I just don’t know if the scar from removing it would look worse than just leaving it alone. Let me know what you think and thanks for your time.

A mole takes its origin from tissue deep to the skin surface, so you cannot reliably scratch it all off. This is definitely not a good idea. If there have been any changes ip itching and bleeding see your doctor.
I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Moles can be removed with laser, radiowave or shave. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
