Specifically in Turkey (I've heard it's much cheaper there) would a hairline lowering be less expensive or more expensive than a full hair transplant? Thank you

Some hamburgers may be more expensive than steaks.  A cheap hamburger may also taste better than an expensive steak.In other words, the cost of surgery should not be a primary factor in choosing a cosmetic surgery on your own body.  Do your homework and find the best doctor based on reputation and skill (not price).

The procedures there are done with very cheap labor and not by doctors with any significant training in hair transplantation. You really don't know what you are really getting when you have an FUE or a hairline lowering procedure in Turkey.
