Is it possible to do Emsculpt for the buttocks after having received Sculptra? Anyone with experience on this? If so, is there a recommended time frame between the two procedures? Or perhaps reversed - Emaculpt first, followed by Sculptra to address any cellulite? Would like the lift and increase in muscle, but also the possibility of minimizing appearance of cellulite. Thank you!
Answer: Emsculpt and sculptura Thanks for the question, I have a few patients doing the combination treatment. I don't do it on the same day because Im worried that the em sculpt will somehow melt the sculptura. I usually say do the emsculpt (all 4 treatments) wait a week than do the sculptra just to make sure you optimize yourself to get the best results possible. I also like sculptra for more surface issues like cellulite as opposed to pure volume I just don't think it works well enough for that and i like the emsculpt for a lift!

Answer: EmSculpt and then Sculptra for butt cellulite Thank you for a great question. There is no right or wrong answer but we have been doing combination treatments and had great success with Emsculpt First followed by Sculptra. You can wait on menthe after EmSculpt to start your Sculptra injections just to see what kind of results you were able to get. You can certainly start with Sculptra as well and finish it first before adding Emsculpt. Anatomically , it makes sense to go from deep to superficial, and muscle is deeper than fat, so that is why out office prefers to start with EmSculpt. Hope this helps. Good luck. Best. Dr.Avaliani

Answer: Emsculpt and Sculptra Treatment Hi, thank you for your question. It is possible for you to receive the Emsculpt treatments after Sculptra treatments on the buttocks. My practice has treated numerous patients with both treatments to target cellulite and enhance their desire for a more sculpted and toned buttocks. I would recommend receiving a series of four treatments of Emsculpt first to lift and increase muscle tone of your buttocks, then waiting a month or two to begin Sculptra treatments to target the cellulite. Please seek a certified health care provider to determine if you are an ideal candidate for the treatment.

Answer: Emsculpt Plus Sculptra is a great idea I think the combination makes a lot of sense. We do it often. I think that you can get more volume if you do both vs just one. I haven’t seen complications. I have done Sculptra first and waited a few months and then performed Emsculpt. I don’t think it matters but this is what made sense to us.
