How soon can I excercise after CO2 Fraxel Laser for stretch marks? (photos)

Question

I had my stretch marks on my side lasered with CO2 Fraxel laser a few days ago. How long do I have to wait to exercise? I'm keeping it moisturizer but don't want to mess anything up. When can I exercise, lift weights?

Proper local wound care is paramount after co2 laser. I would also recommend daily application of Melarase creams to the skin once the area has healed to prevent hyperpigmentation. You can return to exercise once the skin has healed. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianLos Angeles

Fraxel has not been successful in my practice for stretch marks.  We do use Vbeam laser to reduce the red color and tried Pelleve as well which shows some promise in helping them.lifting weights should not present a problem and light cardio should be fine
