Yes, this area is routinely included in all my Fraxel cases. This is safe as long as proper eye protection is in place for you. Multiple treatments are needed for acne scars and improvement is about 50-60%. I prefer the Infini for acne scars now.

Thank you for your question. It sounds like you have blisters on the treatment areas. I would recommend continuing on what your doctor prescribed you and also using mild skin care products and daily SPF 30 with zinc. I hope this helps!
Fraxel is unlikely to cause dermatitis around the eyes and mouth. Typically this condition can be treated with oral anti-antibiotics and topical rosacea.
