I'm 120 lbs and a about 25 of that is my stupid curves. I hate my 32F boobs and my big butt. I don't care that others find me attractive cuz frankly I hate my body. I did so many athletics growing up that most of my ass and thighs are muscle which I suppose is better than fat, but not when you're trying to get rid of them. I feel like a fawn with the lower body of a Clydesdale. Is there any way to surgically fix how large and muscular my ass and thighs are so I can be shapeless&skinny?

Simply not working out those muscles may cause the muscles to shrink somewhat, but probably not to the extent you want. I recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon for an in-person evaluation. They will take a look at your dimensions, and body composition, and be able to offer recommendations to achieve the results you desire.

Answer: The perils of liposuction of the buttocks. Without pictures it's impossible to comment on your specific situation. Removal of fat in the buttock can leave that area look saggy. I would be disinclined to pursue this fire you. If the volume of the thighs is big due to muscle mass liposuction cannot play a role.

Answer: Is there such a thing as a butt and thigh reduction??? It sounds to me like you have some imbalance with your lower half being heavier than your upper half. It is often possible to improve the proportions and balance of the body with body contouring procedures. If the heaviness of your lower half is related to muscle and bone, contouring will be pretty limited but if it is from unequal distribution of fat, contouring may be very helpful. You also sound like you may benefit from a breast reduction. I advise you to schedule a consultation with an experienced plastic surgeon who can advise you as to what is and is not possible with plastic surgery. One thing that plastic surgery usually does not help with is self loathing. That problem usually resides between the ears.
