I am removing my implants on 8/7/15 due to capsule contractor but lately I have very bad headaches that won't go away even after drinking ibuprofen. I also feel very tired and I want to know if this would be part of my situation with my implants?

I typically remove drains when they are consistently less than 30cc over a 24 hour period. You should discuss with your surgeon his/her reluctance to remove your drains. There is probably a specific reason he/she wants to leave them in.
The Aspen ultrasound system has been in use for several years, more than long enough to gather data and report it in a peer-reviewed forum. The fact that we have not seen this type of data after all this time raises questions about the effectiveness of the treatment.
