Is injection of plasma in the elevator muscle helpful in Botox-induced ptosis?

I have had 16 units of Botox injected above my eye brow 2 weeks ago, and now I have severe ptosis, the eyelid is completely covering the right eye. My doctor suggested to inject plasma to the elevator muscle along with physiotherapy to it and Prisoline eye drops. Are these helpful?
