Female 26. I notice my eyes are quite uneven, this happened I believe after using latisse for about a year, either way it wasn’t always this way, and I would love to bring back symmetry, I want to know 1. What procedures are available 2. What is recommended I would prefer a permanent solution (so not fillers, etc)

You definitely need an in person examination to confirm what resources you have in the eyelid. Generally I approach these with bilateral upper eyelid surgery. It is not traditional cosmetic blepharoplasty, which is subtractive surgery. You need your upper eyelids crease lowered. This is done by making an upper eyelid crease incision that is approximately at 6-7 mm above the eyelashes. The tendon that raises the eyelid is likely disinserted or partially disinserted. This tendon needs to be placed at the new crease location and appropriately strengthened to address your mild upper eyelid ptosis. The ptosis accounts for the compensatory eyebrow elevation. Finally, to make an upper eyelid fold, the pre-aponeurotic fat located behind the orbital septum, needs to be advanced also to the new upper eyelid crease. There is no substitute for a detailed in person assessment. You need also a detailed, thoughtful discussion. Don't make a snap decision about surgery. This is an important step for you.

You have an increased platform (tarsal platform show) on the left upper lid. This if often caused from microptosis (small amount of drooping) of the upper lid with a compensatory raising of the brow. This gives a hollow appearance to the upper and causes asymmetry. You need an in person exam to determine if any true ptosis is present. Surgery and thoughtful botox would help the symmetry.
