Is there any procedure that can even out my eyes/eyelids? (Photos)

Female 26. I notice my eyes are quite uneven, this happened I believe after using latisse for about a year, either way it wasn’t always this way, and I would love to bring back symmetry, I want to know 1. What procedures are available 2. What is recommended I would prefer a permanent solution (so not fillers, etc)

Hello Angelica, Our faces are never symmetrical and sometimes the differences are eye catching. Therefore, performing Lower Blepharoplasty only to remove the bags under one eye is definitely possible.
