Eyes Smaller After Lower Bleph - how can I open them back up? (Photos)

Hi! It's been a year and a half. Lower eyelid surgery with fat transfer. Eyes are definitely smaller, though the right eye is more noticeable. It's also pulled tight, and the outer corner where the lids are supposed to meet is weird. There's a gap, almost looks like a black hole sometimes. I met with 3 oculoplastic surgeons, settled on one, and ended up looking like Kenny Rogers and not "refreshed." I don't even care that the fat didn't really take and the hollows are back a little - but my eyes don't look great. I can live with the left one, but I need to do something about the right. It's also tearing and crusting up a bit. What can I do to open this up? Thank you!
