Not at all. You can comfortably get a massage before your Botox treatment. However, we don’t recommend facial massages right afterwards. I advise to wait at least 24 hours before getting a facial massage because doing so can enable the Botox to spread to untreated areas which will be decreasing the effectiveness of Botox
