20u for just the chin (mentalis) seems quite extreme... but that's asusming you're talking botox units; if it's dysport units, that could be a little more reasonable. I would clarify which type you are doing but also with botox, you can definitely overdo it and then have to wait for it to wear off... whereas oyu could also always do less and then add more. my rec is always start low, add more if you need more later. so for something like this, I'd probably start you around 3-6u and then add more based on how your body responds.
