I have large shoulders, biceps, and calves. I read that Botox can be a good means to reduce their size, but I am struggling to find a trustworthy doctor to go to. Any recommendations ? Also, is there any risk to injecting botox in those areas, more specifically, permanent paralysis, loss of function, hitting a major vein/artery like carotid artery?
