I'm 31 years old female, 5'4, and about 175 lb. I recently noticed, in my opinion, a significant change in the symmetry of my face, most specifically in my eyes and eyebrows. I don't know the cause, but I know it is severely harming my self-esteem and well-being. Is Botox the best option to fix this issue?

Right eyebrow could be lifted by injecting 8-12 units of Botox on the right side above the eyebrow. Filler such as Juvederm could also be used for additional eyebrow lift. About half of a syringe would be injected in the tail of the eyebrow.

We are all asymmetrical to some degree.  Botox can help improve brow asymmetry. The treatment is done in the office with final results seen after two weeks.
