Had it done by Clear Skin ( Laser by Lisa) in White Bear Lake, MN. She used a med lite c 6 laser. Obviously, the setting was too high and now my legs are scarred. I'm so mad at myself that I didn't go to a professional MD! Help?!!!

From the picture this appears to be staining.  You should see a vein specialist for a full venous evaluation.  Much of staining improves with time but not all.  I have seen staining improve if there is underlying venous reflux which is treated or if feeding reticular veins are closed.  Other alternatives would be topical agents and a pulsed laser.

The literature supports the observation that telangiectatic matting after sclerotherapy goes away spontaneously within 1 year, i.e. without treatment.Since yours has persistent, I recommend that you pursue topical laser treatment with a long pulse wave laser such as the 1064 nm Nd YAG.
