Laser done 10 months ago to hide spider veins on my legs. My legs look worse than before! Will this ever go away? Fade? (photo)

From the picture this appears to be staining.  You should see a vein specialist for a full venous evaluation.  Much of staining improves with time but not all.  I have seen staining improve if there is underlying venous reflux which is treated or if feeding reticular veins are closed.  Other alternatives would be topical agents and a pulsed laser.

The literature supports the observation that telangiectatic matting after sclerotherapy goes away spontaneously within 1 year, i.e. without treatment.Since yours has persistent, I recommend that you pursue topical laser treatment with a long pulse wave laser such as the 1064 nm Nd YAG.
