Do you have any pointers on how to heal a slow healing t line wound after breast lift and augmentation? (Photo)

If only 2 weeks you need an understanding this issue will take months to fully heal by the methods being used. I use PRP/AFSC infusion every 2 weeks but the expensive is $2,500 each of 3 sessions. 

If a wound breaksdown in one of my patients, I also usually recommend wet to dry dressings. You also run the risk of losing your implant if it becomes exposed.

The wound needs to heal from the inside out, and from my experience the most effective way is simply start doing wet to dry dressings. The dressing will help debride the area as the dressings are changed daily. You will need sterile 4x4 gauze and saline, and paper tape to hold the dressings in place. Moisten about 2 -3 sterile 4x4 gauze, wringing out any excess saline. You want the gauze damp but not soaked. Open the gauze individually and start packing the wound opening, making sure even the hollow areas are packed with the damp gauze. After the opening is packed completely you can then place a few dry gauze over the damp ones to prevent your clothes from getting wet and also the dry gauze will soak up any excess saline. Throughout the day the damp gauze will dry some so, and you will should notice when you go to remove them that they should pull off the layer of yellow or dark colored tissue that has formed over the healthy red tissue. Change the dressing once a day, and if you notice any bleeding or the gauze sticking too much to the underlying tissue you will want to moisten the gauze a little more the next time. The idea of this type of dressing it for the gauze to debride the unhealthy tissue that is delaying the wound from closing. It is not necessary to apply any sort of ointment to the area.
