Thank you for your question and photograph. It would not be normal to have either the red spots or blotches on your abdominal skin this far out from your liposuction. I would discuss these with your surgeon during an in-person examination to determine their cause.
There are people who are fed skin discoloration after liposuction.These can happen from dermal blood vessel injuries but are uncommon.Streaks are by far more common than red brown spots.Based on the picture you have shown my best guess is this is more of a skin condition and not related to your liposuction.Perhaps coincidence?
