Thank you of sharing your question and photographs and I am sorry to hear of your recovery issues.  The majority of swelling after liposuction will resolve in the first 6-8 weeks after surgery but will take several months before your long-term appearance will be known.  Though swelling will be worse in the legs due to the amount of time during the day that we are standing you should reach out to your surgeon's office for assistance.  They can supply you with more medication if you need it, rule out any issues with your current results, and offer different compression recommendations to limit your swelling.  Best wishes.
