Is it normal to have vagina bleeding after a abdominalplasty surgery?

Menstrual bleeding is related to the stress of surgery, not particularly the operation.  The operation itself cannot cause vaginal bleeding.

Emotional or physical stress can cause changes to your normal menstrual cycle. These changes can be evident after major illness, trauma, or surgery.

This sounds like your menstrual cycle was disrupted by your surgery and can happen with fluctuations in hormones.  Your next cycle should return to normal next month.
