Is there any age restriction for getting O-Shot?

From all the research I’ve done online I’ve seen women in their late 30s at minimum getting this procedure. I’m 25 years old and I’ve not been able to climax in 4 years. I have 2 children both vaginal birth and since my first child I’ve not been able to restore my vaginal functioning I’ve tried everything recommended by my doctor and this is my last resort. Would a doctor refuse this procedure due to my age?
