As a treatment for medical related orgasm dysfunction?

I have recently transitioned medications and went from Wellbutrin and Zoloft to Zoloft and Concerta. I wasn’t experiencing any problems with orgasm on the first combination but also wasn’t receiving therapeutic benefits. Once I switched to Concerta/Zoloft my mental health symptoms significantly improved but my ability to orgasm has become essentially non existent. Will the O-shot help with increasing orgasm?

While Wellbutrin is effective for treating conditions like depression, anxiety, and social phobia, it might not work as well as Zoloft, particularly for depression. However, switching to Zoloft could exacerbate problems like anorgasmia or decreased libido, which you're already experiencing. If you're considering other medications, Addyi, a female libido medication similar to Viagra, might be an option. It's taken daily and has potential side effects that you should discuss with your doctor. Another option is Scream Cream, which is applied to the clitoral area and vaginal opening to increase blood flow and sensation. Additionally, maintaining intimacy through activities like masturbation or watching sensual content can help. PRP, or the O-shot, can improve sensation but requires an existing libido. Testosterone therapy, available through pellets, gel, or direct application, is another option to consider. It's essential to discuss these options with your healthcare provider. In general, 60% will experience easier orgasms after one O-Shot, up to 85% after 2 shots.Try to get it at an O-shot certified place, preferably concentrating the PRP to work better.I attached the O-shot official directory to look for certified paractitioner close to you.

Thanks for your question. The O-Shot does enhance ability to orgasm for most women who receive it. However, with a 'centrally acting' medication being the cause of the issue it will be difficult to predict the outcome. Consider perhaps combining the O-Shot with another procedure such as FemiWave (low intensity shockwave therapy)- looks like they are now calling it "Gainswave for Her. There is also a topical cream that heightens sensation- we call it Arousal Cream or some term it "Scream Cream"- it requires a prescription and is generally obtained from a compounding pharmacy. I hope that is helpful. Wellbutrin is felt to "undo" the sexual side effects from SSRI meds such as Zoloft- so now that you don't have it on board it may be that the Zoloft is the one causing the issue. Certainly discuss with your prescribing physician, and best of luck.
