Would this look be possible? Areola reduction surgery WITHOUT lift. (Photos)

Question

I’m fine with how my breasts look besides my areola. They are positioned too low however, I don’t want a break lift, or anything else like that, and I also do not want visible scarring, or a weird, unnatural look/ feel towards them as well. Is this possible? I am only 19 years old and I’ve always had breasts like this since age 15. Thank you.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would be a good candidate for breast lift surgery. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

First, circumareolar reductions almost always fail by re-expansion, and usually with poor scaring and other associated deformities. None the less, you'll find someone to take your money instead of talking to you about getting symmetrical, attractive breasts. You should be afraid of breast lifts based on all the bad photos and horror stories. However, an expert breast surgeon will give you the breasts you really want that will be objectively considered beautiful, even with fine scars. In addition, your risk of horror story complications would be less than 1%. Either do it right or forget about it and live your life, but don't get conned.

Your wish photo would not be obtainable with just an areola reduction.  You have asymmetry as well as ptosis.  You will have the best outcome from a breast lift which could address both of these concerns, but obviously it would involve incisions on the breasts.
