Uneven areola puffiness - What could I do to fix this in the least invasive way? (photo)

Question

My breasts have been like this ever since I began to develop breasts but they actually have got puffier as time went on and the right one is starting to sag now. I am now 28 and very self concious about them. When I am cold they shrink and no longer are puffy. When cold, the size difference between the two areolas are also not as severe looking. When cold my areolas look a lot closer to the same size. My breast shape also changes and they become more perky and round in shape when cold- I wish they could look like this all of the time. As far as the size of my breasts go- the size is perfect. I wouldn't want my breasts bigger or smaller. I'm happy with the size of the left areola (the smaller one) besides the puffiness, but even the puffiness on it is not nearly as bad the right one. What is causing the puffiness and difference in size in areola? What could I do to fix this in the least invasive way?

From the photos and description you have mildly constricted breasts.  Both the size of the areola and shape of the breasts can be improved with a breast lift.  This will also address the sagging that concerns you.  See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Your breast are a normal.  Breast come in all shapes. To correct the areola difference the excess color is removed and a suture draws the areola in to match the other side. The chance of this being perfect is less than 5%. I would no recommend the surgery.
