I'm 17, how can fix my asymmetrical face? (photo)

im 17 and my face is Very assymetric and other people also see it but i dont know whats wrong is it the jaw or just the face. the right side looks awful it's very flat and ugly while my left side looks fuller. what do you suggest? any surgery? fillers? i just dont know whats wrong and how to fix it. i hope you can help me.

Since you are in NEW YORK go see Dr Syd Coleman for a work up and diagnosis than allow him to do fat grafting to correct the genetic/develpomental asymmetry. He is the "Father of Fat Grafting"...

You may have a form of  hemifacial microsomia.  Is your ear on the smaller side normal?  Fillers or even fat can enhance the appearance of the smaller side.  Best to be seen in personwith your parents' permission.

From your photo, your right lower face looks smaller than the left.  You probably have a mild form of right hemifacial microsomia (which means smaller face on one side).  This condition may involve jaw, soft tissues, ear and orbit.  For you, it seems like it involves the soft tissues only, but an exam of your mandible would be instructive.  There are ways to make your face more even such as fat grafting or fillers.  I would advise you to get evaluated by a plastic surgeon with experience in treating hemifacial microsomia, like myself.
