Tanning after lipo and bbl. I'm wondering how long I have to wait to get in the tanning bed.

 (Even if I have to be on my stomach.) spray tan? I normally tan once a week. Pretty much year round. Not just to be brown but for the vitamin d. I'm withdrawing

Thank you for your question. After a BBL patients can return to light activities almost immediately after surgery, normal activities 2 weeks after surgery, and vigorous exercise 4 weeks after surgery. We usually experience a slow steady improvement for 3 months or so after surgery.

Hi Nazasprob,I agree with the other doctors regarding your pilonidal cyst and undergoing any surgery with an active infection is contraindicated.  My BBLs usually have an incision near where a pilonidal cyst would be and would effect the final result.  I would recommend waiting 3-4 months a...
