I think you need more clarification in general. Are you talking about your pre-op consultation before surgery? If that is what you are referring to, I think it would be in your best interest to have that done in advance to discuss everything with your surgeon and make sure you are both on the same page with everything. If you are referring to the Pre-op testing and Anesthesia consult, then you could do those the same day if you are healthy.
Pre-op consultations are usually done two weeks before surgery in my practice, although we can do the day before in the case of people traveling from out of town. Usually these consultations are a good opportunity to answer any questions or concerns that a patient may have, as well as give all directions for post-op care and prescriptions that will be needed. The amount of fat that can be removed from the face/neck region is negligible compared to the amount of donor fat needed. You can have the BBL and at the same time have liposuction of the face/neck region.
