I think you need more clarification in general. Are you talking about your pre-op consultation before surgery? If that is what you are referring to, I think it would be in your best interest to have that done in advance to discuss everything with your surgeon and make sure you are both on the same page with everything. If you are referring to the Pre-op testing and Anesthesia consult, then you could do those the same day if you are healthy.
Pre-op consultations are usually done two weeks before surgery in my practice, although we can do the day before in the case of people traveling from out of town. Usually these consultations are a good opportunity to answer any questions or concerns that a patient may have, as well as give all directions for post-op care and prescriptions that will be needed. Assuming you have adequate fat for your BBL, transferring 500cc on fat per side is very conservative. That may give you an improvement, but most people require more fat. Make sure your surgeon in an expert in BBLs, and can show you over 100 before and after pics of his/her own work. ...
