I think you need more clarification in general. Are you talking about your pre-op consultation before surgery? If that is what you are referring to, I think it would be in your best interest to have that done in advance to discuss everything with your surgeon and make sure you are both on the same page with everything. If you are referring to the Pre-op testing and Anesthesia consult, then you could do those the same day if you are healthy.
Pre-op consultations are usually done two weeks before surgery in my practice, although we can do the day before in the case of people traveling from out of town. Usually these consultations are a good opportunity to answer any questions or concerns that a patient may have, as well as give all directions for post-op care and prescriptions that will be needed. It would be best to have this done in advance of the surgery.Traci Temmen, MD

Fat Embolism and BBL is areal problem. Recent articles from Latin America show the problem ay be larger than we think. The major problem is the idea of "injecting fat into the muscle" where large blood vessels are., and in reality do not contribute to the buttock enhancement.BBl is a major...
Just because some operations CAN be done does not mean they should be done together. The reason is not only the ease of recovery but also the greater risk of complications such as vein blockage and potential fatal blood clots to the lungs (DVT and PE). According to the Caprini risk scale ...
