I just had brachioplasty done and I was under the impression that I was going to have liposuction done and he didn't do that. He said he only doesn't that if there's a lot of fat on the sides by the breasts. I don't understand why he wouldn't since that would give him more skin to tuck....

Answer: Brachioplasty This a case of unfortunate no communication between doctor and patient. Before surgery in the preoperative area where the marking is done, you and the doctor should have re affirmed what surgery is being done and agreed on the plan of surgery.

Answer: Miscommunication Hi and thanks for your question. There seems to be some level of miscommunication between you and your physician. Not all patients who have a brachioplasty need lipo at the same time, but it sounds like you were expecting that to be done. Are you pleased with your results or disappointed and feeling like your expectations were not met? You should discuss these concerns with your physician. Good luck
