Will wearing glasses cause a bump on my nose after Rhinoplasty?

It has been about 6 months since I had Rhinoplasty. I am now required to wear prescription glasses, will it cause a bump on my nose? I had a bump on my nose before the rhinoplasty as I used to wear glasses before having laser eye surgery and it appears now I need glasses again. I am not sure if the the original bump was caused by glasses though. Thank you for your help.

Since it has only been one week it is too early to tell if the bump will remain. I suspect it will continue to improve fit several months but just takes time and patience.
