I had lost 200 lbs a few years back and maintaining the weight so far, I have always had this band or indentation around my arms, before weight loss, that are extremely noticeable now that I lost the weight. I have had liposuction twice in the area and have Dr's tell me the band seems embeded within the muscle. All my journeys through people watching and working out, I have never seen anyone with this. Someone please help me with answers
