I'd like fat transfer to my hip dips, as I think they make my butt look "boxy", but I do not want a full BBL. Do any surgeons offer hip dip filling for a lower cost than a full BBL? I may want this as an add-on to a breast augmentation. What would the typical cost be for this?

It sounds like your lupus is being treated pretty aggressively.
You should first speak to your rheumatologist. This is the most important person‘s view in regards to the appropriateness of doing cosmetic surgery.

Thank you for your question. Yes, it is possible.. But first, for safety reasons, to be a good candidate for the procedures you want, your labs, pneumologist and cardiovascular preoperative evaluation must be optimal.
