I had earlobe reduction done on both ears this past Monday (3-25). Left ear according needed more work then right. Immediately after surgery both ears swelled up. One worse then the other. I included some pictures. Some on my questions are, the same day I got home from surgery, I compared both ears to see what the difference was. To my shock, they really swollen at this point, but biggest concern, both ears looked totally different from each other. Also, any tips on swelling to go away?

Within 24 hours of piercing, the new holes would still have a good chance to close if you just removed the earrings. This should be even more likely given your child's age.
Yes, fillers are an option for many people to increase earlobe volume. If my patients really like that look (and fillers are temporary) then we have had success with fat grafting the area for a longer effect and sometime permanent improvement.
