i m having very very small earlobes almost non existent. how can i make it bigger? can i get fillers done to make it look bigger. if yes wat kind of fillers? will it make it natural looking?

I think that 4.12mm should be a pretty safe size that will likely look like a slightly large piercing after taking the gauges off for a couple of months. This is also a pretty safe size to have the defect closed without much of a scar (5mm).
I have treated some enormous ear gauge holes on patients that wanted to have a "normal" earlobe again. While the ear can be restored to a more "normal" appearance, it is not a good idea to stretch them out.
