The size of implant is dictated by your chest wall measurements.  Once we determine that we can choose the profile based on what you want or need to achieve.

Silicone will give you a fullness at the top (upper pole fullness).

Silicone implants come pre-filled with a silicone gel and are the softest implant available. They feel more natural, which makes them a good option for women with less natural breast tissue; but they require a larger incision. It may be more difficult to realize if this type of implant has ruptured, so it is important to monitor them with annual follow-up visits. Additionally, because this implant contains a more liquid silicone (less cross-linked), if this implant should rupture, it will leak only into the scar capsule formed around the implant but may cause some discomfort or implant distortion.

Unfortunately how many CCs of implant are required to go up a certain amount of cup sizes is not a straightforward answer. Cup size is determined by subtracting the measurement around your ribcage (the band size of a bra) from the measurement around your chest at the point where your breasts project the most. Because it's all relative to your band size a person with a small band will require less volume added (smaller implant) to go up in cup size than someone with a larger band. It will also differ wildly between bra manufacturers as there is really no consistency anymore between what a specific cup size is from one brand to another. One woman may be a double d in one brand and a c in another. A better way to choose your implants is to try on sizers with a bra you would like to fit in and simply see what you like best, ignoring the specific cup size. In terms of your consultation experience, if your surgeon is already ignoring your concerns at your first meeting you can imagine how interested he'll be in hearing them after surgery if you have any complications. That kind of behaviour is a huge red flag and I would strongly suggest you find a different surgeon. Hope that helps!
