I recently had cheek, jaw & marionette fillers. I was told to sleep on my back with my head elevated for a few weeks after face fillers. It gives me terrible headaches. When is it safe to sleep on my side ?
Answer: How long before facial fillers will not migrate? I generally tell my clients that after 48 hours there is very little risk of filler migration or deformity with normal pressure applied to your face such as during sleeping on your side.

Answer: Face fillers -can you sleep in your side? There are no hard and fast rules about how you sleep after filler injections. There really are no contraindications to sleeping any which way you want, but if you want to be super careful I would suggest taking appropriate precautions for about 48 hours after which you are okay to sleep on any side.

Answer: Fillers and Sleep Positioning Hi. You only need to follow those recommendations for two days post procedure. It takes 48 hours for the product to be safe to do routine activities. You are ok to sleep on your side at this point. Best of luck!

Answer: Sleeping with fillers Thanks for your question. I'm not sure what the exact details are in your case, but in general we do not have restrictions for sleeping after filler placement. You may swell up more slightly on the "pillow side" of your face when you wake up due to gravity, but this is temporary (if it occurs). Warm regards.
